These terms and conditions govern your use of the FarmSure marketplace. By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by them. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the marketplace.

1. About us

FarmSure is an online marketplace that connects buyers with trusted farm producers and suppliers. We provide the platform on which listings are published and orders are placed. Where a product is sold by a third party, your contract of sale is with that seller.

2. Using the marketplace

You agree to use the marketplace only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when you register or place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for any activity that takes place under your account.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. We take care to price and describe products accurately, but errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will let you know and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel the order.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our supported payment methods. Your order is confirmed once payment has been authorised. If payment cannot be processed, the order will not be placed.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and costs depend on the seller and your location, and are shown before you confirm your order. We make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, but these are not guaranteed.

6. Returns and refunds

If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us so that we can arrange a replacement or refund. Fresh produce may be subject to specific handling terms set out by the seller at the time of purchase.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the marketplace, including logos, text, and images, belongs to FarmSure or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FarmSure is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the marketplace. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies to your use of the marketplace.
